Our expatriates have the opportunity

Our expatriates have the opportunity to explore different aspects of working abroad, learning new managerial and professional approaches, and helping to build their and Company future on the basis of international experiences.
It’s a policy that also extends to our Graduate Program. We’ve sent our graduates to over 26 different worldwide destinations and at the moment, 31% of our total expatriates are young graduates.
Such a vast global workforce means it is not only important to promote a sense of belonging among our employees, but to also regularly highlight and share with staff the activities, projects and achievements occurring across the company.
With that in mind, communication is fundamental in creating a proactive working environment, and motivating our people to achieve common objectives.
